An environment for integrating, testing, and analyzing automotive software, Vehicle System Integrator (VSI) enables software integration and testing on a PC without the need for electronic control unit (ECU) hardware or access to shared test equipment. In VSI, the ECU is simulated so software tests are controllable with unique non-intrusive trace for deep analysis. VSI supports industry-standard tool interfaces that allow developers to use the same tests and models they use to validate software on actual ECUs. |
